PERTINENT HODC RESERVATION INFORMATION
PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE EMAIL FOR PERTINENT HODC RESERVATION INFORMATION Reservations open November 6th, 12:01 am MST for the Heart of the Desert Classic (and RSPWDC's first Phoenix Specialty) for the following: PARKING TICKET 1/2 PRICE PRE-EVENT SALE (ONLINE ONLY at heartofthedesertclassic.org): Sale closes on January 29, 2025, 11:59 pm or when discounted inventory is sold out.
Passenger Vehicles: $6.00 per gate entry (after sale, $12.00 per entry) - if you leave the fairgrounds and come back the same day, you will need to use another ticket or pay the $12.00 gate entry fee. Passenger vehicles include: coupes, sedans, and crossover SUVs Oversize Vehicles: $12.00 per gate entry (after sale, $24.00 per entry) - if you leave the fairgrounds and come back the same day, you will need to use another ticket or pay the $24.00 gate entry fee. Oversize vehicles include: heavy-duty pickups, dualies (6-wheel pickup trucks), passenger vans, full-size Sprinter City Vans, box trucks and tractor trailer trucks
- An email receipt WITH tickets/scan codes will be issued immediately through ETIX (Make sure to check your Spam folder if not received in your regular email).
- It is recommended that exhibitors print a hard-copy receipt with scan codes to present at the gate - or have readily available on your phone prior to arriving at the entry gate.
