ENTRY LIMITS 50 entries per Fetch event To be held outdoors on artificial turf regardless of weather. Test areas are fenced.
Testing Hours: 8:15 am – 12:00 noon EXHIBITOR CHECK-IN: Check-in will begin at 8:00am and end at 9:30am
So grab your bumpers, kongs or tennis balls!
I look forward to playing fetch with you and your great dogs!
If you enter your dog in the tests, we will see you there, if not, please consider coming out to help. You might be asked to direct cars where to park, or to direct teams going in or out of the test area, or to help at the self-serve photo area by assisting handlers who want a commemorative photo of their newly titled team. We also may need help setting up or cleaning up.
If you plan to enter your dog, bring water for both of you, and plan to work out of your vehicle. The parking area for those who are entering the tests is inside the block wall and right next to the test area. Depending on the weather, you may need a shade cloth over your vehicle and a fan. Be sure to have your dog in a crate or in a secure seat-belt so he is safe and comfortable waiting his turn. If you have time before or after your test, and as long as your dog is safe and comfortable in your vehicle, you can help out.
If you are coming out to help and don't plan to enter the test, please leave your dog at home and carpool if possible. There is enough parking for the teams entered, however, if you are not entering a dog please park outside the block fence on either the West or North sides of the facility. Check in at the check-in table when you arrive so you can be assigned to help where needed.
Note: There is absolutely no parking outside of the block wall on 15th Avenue.

You may have seen the exciting new AKC titling event FETCH DOG!
AKC Fetch is a pass-fail noncompetitive test. The four levels of titles (Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Retriever) assess the ability of the dog to retrieve. While the Fetch program is designed for all breeds, our PWDs are particularly well suited as the basis of PWD water work is retrieving! What a great dryland training opportunity!
Read about the program in the recent PWDCA Courier online edition.
